The Knife

quarel between a director and an actor during shooting of a film about a young palestinian man pursued by the occupation army, when they make the assault on his hideout and his hesitation between dying as a martyr or surrendering himself, the film's character believes that this end is insulting. The actor must do it at the end of the film. He leaves his weapon, and surrenders himself to the israeli army, but rejects this end and wants to change it and use his weapon to appear as a hero.

The director was born in Dheisheh Refugee Camp in Bethlehem. He started by taking an extensive course in producing documentary films at Dar al Nadwa 2005. In 2008, he graduated from Dar al Kalima College with a diploma degree “documentary film production “ directing two films ,” Close Your Eyes” ,” I’m Not a Number ,he currently is Studying for a BA in film production Dar Al-Kalima University
